Goza’s novel, titled “Mission: No More” is available now. The book tells a story about people worldwide coming together to help world leaders fix global problems. The story is about a group taking on a mission to fix those problems in 24 days. Goza said that the novel is a comedy/drama written for all ages and all walks of life to enjoy.
Goza said that a second book she is writing, which should be out in the fall, will have stories about growing up in Mount Vernon dating back to the early 1930s.
“The first three stories ... are non-fiction and focus on my fond memories living in Mount Vernon,” Goza said. “They also mention New York in the travels. I have such fond memories of these wonderful places, all with family and friends.”
Goza now resides in the southwestern United States, but still has family living in Mount Vernon. Goza lived in the city for 19 years. The first book is available on Xlibris online, a self-published book store. Goza said that 75 percent of the profits from the book will go to the Economy Fund.
