'Escape The Ordinary' Book Group Coming To Mount Vernon Library

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Escape the Ordinary, a contemporary fiction book discussion group, will meet the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. starting June 9 at the Mount Vernon Public Library.

Moderated by Carolyn Karwoski, the first book discussed will be “Jam on the Vine” by LaShonda Katrice Barnett. Multiple copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk.

“Inside the O’Briens” by Lisa Genova will be discussed July 15 and “The Girl on the Train” by Paula Hawkins will be discussed Aug. 11.

The Mount Vernon Public Library is at South First Avenue, Mount Vernon.
