Second $30K Winning Take5 Lotto Ticket Sold In Mount Vernon

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - For the second time in less than two weeks, a Mount Vernon retailer has sold a winning TAKE5 lottery ticket work nearly $30,000.

After a winning ticket was sold out of a bodega on Mount Vernon Avenue on Saturday, Oct. 15, another lucky lotto player frequenting the local Stop and Shop on East Sandford Boulevard was victorious in the Monday, Oct. 24 drawing.

The five numbers drawn were: 11-15-16-18-32. The winning ticket is worth $29,177.50. A second winning ticket matching all five numbers was also sold at the Tops Market in Springville. The prize has not yet been claimed, according to the New York Lottery.

Additionally, 152 second place tickets (matching four of five numbers) were sold with a winning value of $572. More than 6,500 third place tickets (three of five) were also issued with a prize of $21.50.

Winners can claim their tickets at the Empire City Casino in Yonkers.
