The commercial was shot in 1979 at Memorial Field. In the commercial, Greene, a defensive tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers at the time, is given a soda by a child after limping off the field. Greene then turns and gives the kid his towel.

The commercial first aired in October of 1979 but became world-famous during Super Bowl XIV when it was shown during a break in the game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Los Angeles Rams.
