Friday, Dec. 21

Arts And Crafts: 4 p.m.-5 p.m. The Mount Vernon Public Library will hold arts and crafts for children in the Children’s Room. 28 S. First Ave., Mount Vernon.

Verizon Program Graduation: 5 p.m.-7 p.m. A group of students will graduate from a six-week program in robotics, where they worked with professionals from Verizon. The ceremony will be held at the Boys and Girls Club, 350 S. 6th Ave., Mount Vernon.

Ice Skating Party: 8:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. The Mount Vernon Recreation Department is hosting an ice skating party for teenagers at the Ice Hutch, 655 Garden St., Mount Vernon.
