Arts and Crafts : 4 to 5 p.m. The Mount Vernon Public Library will hold arts and crafts for kids in the Children’s Room, 28 S. First Ave., Mount Vernon.

Concert at the Bayou : 11 p.m. Geoff Hartwell performs at the Bayou Restaurant, 580 Gramatan Ave., Mount Vernon.

Saturday, Oct. 13
