Festivities kick-off at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 5 with family-friendly activities, a special Cinco de Mayo menu and signature cocktails.

You can dine in -- or opt to take your meal across the street to the newly restored Wolfs Lane Park where Cantina Lobos will have Mexican beer specials for the adults and face painting for young partygoers.

At 6 p.m. join the Junior League of Pelham in the park for the restaurant's inaugural Cornhole Tournament. Players will battle it out over the beanbag for a chance to win great prizes while also supporting a great cause (all proceeds go to JLP’s spring fundraising efforts).

Things heat up at 9 p.m. for the restaurant’s first annual Cinco de Mayo Chili Pepper Eating contest where competitors will face-off in a sudden death, single elimination format. The winner will take home a trophy and four tickets to watch New York City Football Club take on Minnesota United at Yankee Stadium on June 29.

Cantina Lobos is located at 217 Wolfs Lane. For more information or reservations visit www.cantinalobos.com or call (914) 380-8644.
