Nicole Dennis-Benn Visits Mount Vernon Library For Book Reading, Signing

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- The Mount Vernon Library will host a book reading and signing with author Nicole Dennis-Benn on Thursday in the Grace Greene Baker Community Room.

Dennis-Benn will read passages from her new book, "Here Comes the Sun," and sign copies. Light refreshments will be served.

"In this radiant, highly anticipated debut, a cast of unforgettable women battle for independence while a maelstrom of change threatens their Jamaican village," according to a New York Times review of "Here Comes the Sun."

The event will be form 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
