Mount Vernon NAACP Chapter Hosts Civil Rights Discussion

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – The Mount Vernon chapter of the NAACP is holding a panel discussion on civil rights on Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Rev. Shelton E. Doles Community Center.

The discussion, titled "A Time to Remember Black History," will include readings, poetry, pictures, books and artifacts. Music and food will be provided.

The center is at 250 South 6th Ave.
