Bruce Reidenberg, M.D., of Rye and Camille Taglia of Eastchester were active members of the CAP and provided invaluable insight and suggestions about how the company can improve its services.

“SUEZ feels strongly about hearing from its customers and recognizes the importance of maintaining an on-going, open dialogue, which is why we established the CAP,” said Lynda DiMenna, manager of the company’s operations in Westchester County. “The CAP provides vital information to help us better serve our customers and I applaud all the members for their participation and service.”

DiMenna explained that SUEZ seeks new panel members at the beginning of each year and welcomes fresh ideas to further enhance the programs offered to customers. Typically, the panel has about 12 members who serve for three-year staggered terms. There are four evening meeting per year, beginning in March. Discussion topics have included water quality, conservation, school outreach and website redesign, among others.

Customers interested in serving on the panel should contact Deb Rizzi at 845-620-1500 or deb.rizzi@suez-na.com. SUEZ provides water service to about 200,000 people in Westchester County.
