The league held a party to distribute the coats to men, women and children in the Mount Vernon community on Dec. 13, 2013. JLB had collected donations from the community at drop-locations in Bronxville, Scarsdale, Tuckahoe, Eastchester, Mount Vernon and beyond from mid-November to mid-December.

"This year, as in past years, the community was very generous, enabling the total to top 700 coats collected," representatives said. "This event is anticipated each year by the CSA community and highlights the Holidays and the giving spirit of the season. The JLB and CSA are grateful to all who donated this year and every year."

Several businesses and organizations participated in the drive including The Avalon, Clothes Dr, Bronxville City Hall, Equinox Scarsdale, Bronxville Fitness Club, Gramatan Court, Bronxville Library, Horace Mann School, Bronxville School, Hudson Valley Bank, I Train with Juan @ Pyramid Squash, Starbucks in Bronxville and Tuckahoe, Stop&Shop Eastchester, Eastchester Value Drugs, Bronxville Value Drugs, Weezie D Bronxville and Rye, Casa De Café, Immaculate Conception School and Spic N Span Cleaners, Wild Vine Wine and Liquor and Yoga Haven.
