Peace, Tranquility Provided In Dumont Coloring Books

DUMONT, N.J. — The Dumont Public Library will host an adult coloring session this coming week.

Coloring books have become more popular in recent years as a method of unwinding stress. Recently, Dumont High School offered coloring books to students on a day dedicated to Mental Health and Fitness.

Dumont Public Library's "Coloring for Relaxation," will take place Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 180 Washington Ave from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
