Now that she's opened Rock Road Jewelry, an online jewelry shop with a focus on women's fashion, Kapur can finally draw from her list.
"In the process of launching the business I said to my husband, 'Why don't we name our pieces after the girls' names that we would've liked to name our daughter?'" Kapur said.
And she's even adding more multicultural names to the mix after "strong, bold and beautiful" women.
Kapur — who moved to the U.S. from India 11 years ago — has long known she's wanted to go into the jewelry business. Her family back home is in the same industry.
Kapur studied gemology at the Gemology Institute of America in New York, and went on to teach courses in their graduate program.
Everything in Rock Road Jewelry is crafted in New Delhi, and designed in New York and New Jersey.
Kapur is hoping to expand to Sweden, France and England, and would also like to see her designs in a Rock Road storefront.
In the meantime, she'll be looking into new names for some new pieces.
"We're done having children so that part we'll keep attached to what was on our mind," she said. "We are happy with our boys."
