Fleetwood Neighbors Enjoy A Spooky -- and Spirited -- Halloween

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Many of the residents of Fleetwood's Collins Avenue and the neighboring street come together on Friday, Oct. 31 to create a very spirited Halloween.

Residents sat outside their decorated houses, and greeted trick-or-treaters with candy while costumed ghouls walked the block.

There is a house on Collins Avenue that created a haunted backyard complete with chilling music and a walk through different frightening scenes.
