MOONACHIE, N.J. — Liquidation is the likely fate of retailer Joyce Leslie, headquartered in Moonachie, reports NJ Biz.

The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in federal court in White Plains, N.Y. following failed negotiations with creditors in 2014 and an unsuccessful run with another new chief executive officer, according to NJ Biz.

Revenues declined 40 percent since 2013 and the company has yet to become competitive online, says NJ Biz.
