MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- The third annual Animal Shelter Tag Sale will be hosted by the city Police Department and Animal Shelter on Saturday, May 3, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at 600 Garden Ave. and in the adjacent parking lot.
