Mount Vernon Seeks Contractor To Build Tennis Bubble

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Mount Vernon is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design, develop and construct a tennis bubble in the city.

The city is also looking for a contractor to manage and operate, through a lease agreement, a tennis center that would include tennis courts and tennis facilities at Memorial Field on East Sandford Boulevard.

The contractor that wins the bid will provide city officials with the design of a tennis bubble that can be built on the accommodated site. The contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, services, materials and permits for the design and will be tasked with the construction and management.

Interested contractors should submit one original and 10 copies to the Commissioner of the Department of Recreation at 1 Roosevelt Square, Room 11, Mount Vernon, NY 10550.

All proposals must be submitted by 3 p.m. April 1. Any proposals received after that date will not be accepted or reviewed.
